I'm not sure what the other reviewers received, but maybe there's a difference in fulfillment or something. I received my product via Prime with no problem. It was properly packaged in plastic and bubble wrap and a regular Amazon box. I like this product a lot. My hair is much healthier now that I've been using it for a while. I also recommend the Instant Reconstructor (in the white bottle) to use every other day instead of the conditioner and the hair mask occasionally. That seems to keep my hair from getting weighed down from moisture. My hair is rather thick and holds on to product a little too well sometimes.
