This is best shine mist I have ever used and I have tried plenty of them. You can mist it on or spray on your hands and run it through your hair. I have even sprayed it on my hairbrush and brushed it through to the ends of my hair. I have long hair and it leaves an amazing shine. I wouldn't bother with any other brand.
