I received this product from my mother as a gift and they only worked once. I didn't buy them from this particular seller so I don't know anything about the individual but I wanted to warn others about these hair clippers. I searched on the internet and couldn't find anything other than other bad reviews. Most people stated that the blades vibrate in place but do not cut. We had a similar problem before they quit working completely. I would highly recommend not buying this particular brand of clippers.
