The extensions are fine except the color is lighter than the picture on the chestnut brown. It is more like what I would call dark blonde and looks like highlights in my hair rather than blending in. It is a color about 2 shades darker than the light blonde pictured. Nowhere as deep and rich as the chestnut brown in the picture. I also have a problem with ordering 3 hair extensions from this SAME company and them sending the 3 (light-as- a-feather hair extensions) in ONE package (an envelope) yet charging me x3 for the shipping! Totally unfair. It probably cost them a buck fifty to ship these to me (if that much) and they charge me $3 for EACH extension as though they were mailed separately. For that reason, I won't order from them again. I had hoped, since ordereing these from the same company, that they would only charge one shipping fee to send my order in one package.
