I purchased this item from the local Ulta Store. I am very pleased. It provides great curls that have a lot of movement. My only con for this item is, the instructions are specific about following the suggested time for heating the rollers, and that is true. Otherwise it is cool. My hair type is Af-Am, relaxed, hair cut into a feather bob. These rollers are great. Heat them, roll hair, wait, remove, and style hair.
