The product itself is really nice compared to other synthetic hair brands. Most other ones you aren't allowed to curl or flat iron it, but with this one, they actually provide you with a guide (for those who are new to extensions) in how to put it in and a proper way to curl/straighten it. Shipping was pretty quick. Mine took about 3 days from Florida to S. Cali. The hair is relatively fine, but very silky smooth looking. My suggestion is to maybe order 2 of these if you're looking for just elongating your hair, but definitely 2+ for more volume. I have kinda thick and course hair (from straightening and dying constantly), so I thought 1 would do it. I'm about to order one more since it doesn't come with all too much. Comes with 4 single pieces, 2 with 4 clips, 3-4 with 2 clips and 1-2 with 3 clips (I've already forgotten exactly how much it's come with, sorry). I'll admit, it does get a little tangled, but most synthetic hairs do. May want to look at investing in a brush specialized for synthetic hair/wigs, so as not to ruin the product. (Trust me, tried to use a regular hair brush on synthetic and real human hair extensions - NOT pretty.)
