there were/are 2 problems with this product. the first is when i contacted the company to find out when i should expect it, they emailed me the tracking information saying it was delivered several weeks before. when i informed them i didn't receive it, they recommended i go to the post office, which i did. at no time did this company offer a replacement. amazon is a great company...i contacted amazon just to let them know what happened, and i was told that the company should have offered a replacement..amazon refunded the purchase price etc. the 2nd problem is that i found this product in a beauty supply store and it is not the same consistency as it was several years ago. this product has no hold whatsoever. not sure what the purpose of this product is....it says mat moulding gesso, which sounds like you could spike the hair. not so. the previous product did a great job of holding and moulding my hair...expensive and very disappointing.Davines Wizards No.2 Mat Moulding Gesso 3.3oz Overview
