Bain de Terre Passion Flower Color Preserving Conditioner Hair Conditioners And Treatments Review

I ordered this here at Amazon because the salons in our area that carried the Bain De Terre products are slowly going out of business or DC'ing the BDT line. My absolute FAVORITE BDT product was their Lavender color care conditioner. It had the PERFECT amount of 'slip' for my super thick curly (which I straighten with a flat iron most of the time) colored blonde hair. This product (the passion flower line) is what replaced the Lavender line. That said, I think they changed the formula somewhat besides just the 'scent'. This one does not seem as thick as the lavender one did and it is not quite as conditioning. This will work for for me, but I am just not as IN LOVE with it as I was with the other. Would I reorder? It's a good price, it IS still a good product, but it just does not feel the same on my hair as the lavender line did. I LOVED it b/c it was very conditioning yet, did not weigh my hair down and helped with not stripping my color so quickly. This product still does great with the color part, but it just isn't the same. I gave it 4 stars because it is still a very nice conditioner, but if you are like me and was in LOVE with the previous color care line they had, this is NOT the same. I hope my review makes sense. I DO like this product, it just no longer will be my holy grail of everyday conditioners. Off to hunt for the next HG to do that. :)
