I expected this product to heat up much faster than it does- which I was told it was fast but after using it several times, it seems to average about 25 minutes to heat up adequately- Also, the rollers were too large for myu medium size hair and did not do a good job curling because of that. It might work better on long thin hair - but that is just a guess. Personally I was very disappointed and will be getting rid of not be using this product! I plan to give it to my sister in law that has longer, thinner hair and maybe she will have success.Conair Babyliss Pro Ceramic 5 Roller Hairsetter Overview
