The problem I had with this Seller is when the hair arrived it was very obvious the clips were re-attached with glue several times and some were coming apart and this was after I opened the package! Lots of dry glue on the clips! The Seller response to me after I notified them was: "All our hair is top quality and they check orders before they go out"...if this was the case, why was this mess sent out to me? And furthermore, they sent me an invoice NOT from Amazon where I made the purchase, but from another site they sell on?? How did this slip through "quality control?" I noticed reading other negative reviews on this Seller (from another site), when a complaint was made regarding the hair, they use the same typical response: "all our hair is top quality"... instead of handling matters professionally, they try to cover themselves as if they made no error... I find this amusing. If I wanted to exchange I would have to pay to ship back and all they were going to do was send me the same hair and re-glue clips again? Why would I want to be out of more $$? Then, if I wanted a refund, the Seller said I would have to pay a 20% "restocking fee" for hair they stated they CANNOT resale or stock again once the package is open, but they wanted a restocking fee from me?! Very rude! I believe they would try to resale again. Not a trustworthy Seller. Be cautious.
